Built in 1971 next to Brownsburg High School, our facility has received a complete, top-to-bottom makeover in the past five years, renovations include a new roof, toilets, flooring, sinks, and various other kitchen appliances. And yet, amidst all these changes, our commitment to providing exceptional rehabilitation, clinical, and memory care services has always remained the same.

Whether you require Rapid Recovery rehabilitation or nursing and memory care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia, our number-one priority is you. To accommodate a wide variety of needs, we currently offer three different living options: Short-term Rehabilitation, Nursing Care, and Long-term Memory Care.
